Your employees come into the workplace not thinking they bring a culture with them, but everyone does. This can lead to (costly) misunderstandings arising from seemingly innocuous interactions.

The separate, facilitated sessions are limited to 12 people (maximum 15 people) each. Because the work is not only about bringing them information but also about people hearing each other. This contributes to better assimilation of the themes covered in the workshop. The two formats are alternatives; investment shown is for one session. If you'd like to involve more people, we are ready to offer a package of several workshops with a discount.
